Jim Rabon has over 30 years of experience in operations, management and leadership.  A former member of the Senior Executive Service and retired U.S. Army Colonel, Mr. Rabon possesses extensive knowledge of the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, government agencies, academia, industry and the international community. He has helped our clients anticipate future threats and opportunities, develop and test strategic options, and ultimately develop winning strategies.  He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in the Center for Peace and Security Studies.
